The Form Generator is a unique program designed, developed
and implemented here at TCNJ. The concept behind it is simple - provide a
quick and easy way for all members of the campus community to create web based
forms and collect data.
Listed below are a number of real-world examples of how
the Form Generator is currently being used. To view a specific example,
simply click on the underlined title in the left column.

Board of Trustees |

where members of the campus community can request to speak before the
board. The output of this form has been set so that the Board
receives e-mail every time someone submits a request. |
| Legality
& Morality Survey |
Dr.
Fradella is conducting a nationwide survey of college students asking
them to relate the sometimes dissimilar concepts of legality and
morality. This form was set up using the Form Generator, and
stores its output in a specialized text file that can read by popular
statistical packages, like SPSS Or SAS. |
| Off

Residence
life is using the Form Generator to gather information from local
landlords regarding the availability of off campus housing. This
information is being stored in a Microsoft Access compatible text file
that can be analyzed later using any popular database application. |
| Upsilon
Pi Epsilon T-Shirt Sale |
Upsilon
Pi Epsilon, the Computer Science Honors Society, used the Form Generator
to help gather orders for their annual T-Shirt sale. The
