The Form Generator is a program that was designed to take the mystery and complexity out of creating and administering online surveys.  Recently the Form Generator has underwent a facelift, and one of the new features that has been incorporated into its repertoire is the ability to export a Flash form.

There is no Flash programming involved - simply generate a form using the Form Generator as you normally would.  Then, at the end of the form, you will be given two hyperlinks.  One goes to the traditional HTML form that has always been generated.  The other links to the new Flash based form.  Either or both methods may be employed simultaneously when administering a survey.
